Day 1 - Thursday 9/19/24
- Individual Arrivals and check-in to Hyatt Place Hotel, Titusville, FL
- 6:00 PM – Depart for Courtyard Hotel
- 6:15 - 7:30 PM – Dinner and viewing at the Space Bar - Rooftop Restaurant
- 8:00 PM – Return to Hotel
Day 2 - Friday 9/20/24
- 6:30 - 8:30 AM – Buffet Breakfast
- 8:45 AM – Depart for NASA’s Kennedy Space Center - Clearance to Enter through NSS Back
- 9:00 - 10:20 AM – Visit of Rocket Garden and Heroes and Legends
- 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM – KSC Bus - Explore Tour
- 12:00 - 1:30 PM – Visit Apollo Saturn V Pavilion; Lunch with Vouchers at Moon Rocks Café
- 1:30 - 1:45 PM – KSC Bus Return to KSC Visitor Complex
- 1:45 - 3:00 PM – Meet Mike Leinbach - Private Visit of Shuttle Pavilion and Atlantis by Mike
- 3:00 - 4:00 PM – Walk to NSS Office - Q&A Session with Mike Leinbach - Group Photo
- 4:00 - 5:00 PM – Visit Gateway Pavilion and Journey to Mars Walk-Thru (as time permits)
- 5:15 PM – Return to Hyatt Hotel
- 6:30 PM – Depart Hotel for Dinner at Vine & Olive Restaurant
- 8:00 PM – Dr. Kirby Runyon - Live Stream at Cosmos Club presentation in Washington, DC
- 9:30 PM – Return to Hotel
Day 3 - Saturday 9/21/24
- 6:45 - 8:00 AM – Buffet Breakfast
- 8:15 AM – Group Depart for Space Force Station
- 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM – Private Tour with Canaveral Tours
- 1:15 - 3:00 PM – Lunch at Gators Portside Grille
- 3:15 PM – Return to Hotel
- 5:30 PM – Depart for Dinner at Pier 220
Day 4 - Sunday 9/22/24 (Departure Day)
- 6:45 - 8:30 AM – Buffet Breakfast
- 8:45 AM – Depart for Warbird Museum
- 11:00 AM – Return to Hotel for Check Out and Final Goodbyes
